Wooooo.....finals. Fun, yeah?
I've actually attempted to study. Did it work out? Define work out. If you mean it lasted the better half of an hour, then yes, it worked out.
OoOoWeE! The english speech final. That was grooving. Everyone in my 2nd period HP English class with Shipp, I'd like to congratulate all of you.
You all did awesomely (is that even a work? Oh well, I conjugate to my liking, sucka!). How did mine go? Not at smooth as I had hope.
See, I can always go in front of a big crowd and bust out. Why? Because I know I can and I don't have anything pressuring me.
Today, I had something pressuring me and that thing was time. Despite the 3-minute time limit, everyone had gone above and beyond with FIVE minutes. This, I didn't mind at all......at first. See, the last minutes of the period were closing in and everyone in the class except Jason, Eddie and I had gone.
"Ryan, want to do yours? I know yours will be short but entertaining as always."
"Sure, why not. Lets bust this."
I was the only one who HAD to do the whole thing in THREEE minutes! That's THREE E's! You see the emphasis?! Its there! Take another look!
Granted, I had this whole entrance and introduction to do but I could not because of the time. So, I rush up to the podium and begin my speech. Eloquently spoken and informative, though hastily rushed and abridged. And then it happened.....time to bust out the poem.
Time? I only had about a minute. It was then that the words spouted like no other. Instead of reading the thing, I was practically rapping it.
It was awesome. I guess busting out flows helps academically after all.
Beeeee-yooo-ti-full!
Drew-tastic chemistry final manana. Wookie wookie wa....
Michael and Phan are set on making a bow with arrows. So set in fact that we cut down two branches off a tree in my backyard and spent the better half of the afternoon constructing the basis of 2. Oh, and I carved out one perfect, aerodynamic arrow, thank you.
Hey! We were bored. That and the fact that the two are still obsessed with maiming a rabbit in David's front yes. Yes you, David. Yes, you.
Friiiiiends! How many of us have them?! Friiiiiends! Somebody that you can depend on?! Friiiiiends!
Word.
Why is it that this year....I don't feel as bad that the year is ending? I mean, I hardly knew that these last few days were coming up. Last year, it was a whole different case. I was beyond aware of the burgeoning of the summer and I was already missing my fellow students and teachers. Weird...
My friend told me that sometimes she feels scared and doesn't say 'Hi!' to me at school. Wha ha, now?! Why?! What for?! I'm sorry if i make you feel that way, but people, don't be afraid to juss be like, "Yo, Ryan! How's life, you sexay, sexay beast?!"
Seriously, even if I'm trilling with one of my cliques, don't let that stop you from being the friendly, nice person you are.
Docking out...
