People sometimes say they want to meet someone based on a photo.
They create some sort of pre-conceived notion about the person in question.
When they finally are acquainted with said person, it's more often than not what they had originally envisioned.
I've never really trusted photos.
They may be quintessential snapshots of great memories and good times--
but they're two-dimensional.
There are just so many things that don't exist within the boundaries of them--
something real.
A picture may be a thousand words--
but that's not enough.
At least, it isn't enough for me.
Flicks can be very deceptive.
Like everything else in life, you gotta delve beneath the surface.
